Desktop EULA

Governs the Prello desktop application ("Software"), a product of Vallgaard. Installing or using the Software means you accept this EULA and the Terms of Service.

1. License grant

2. Restrictions

No copying, distributing, modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, benchmarking, or derivative works; no removing notices; no use to build or assist a competing product. The Software is licensed, not sold.

3. Local-folder & filesystem access

The Software operates only on the local folder scope you grant. You are responsible for those files and for backups. Generated code belongs to you.

4. Updates

The Software checks www.prello.dev for updates, sending its version, operating system and CPU type, and may install them. Updates are governed by this EULA.

5. No warranty; liability

Provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. The liability section of the Terms of Service applies, including its protections for consumers: nothing here reduces a consumer's rights under Swedish consumer law.

6. Termination

Terminates automatically on breach or when your account or the Service ends. Stop using and remove the Software.

7. Governing law

Per the Prello Terms of Service.
