Desktop EULA

Governs the Prello desktop application ("Software"), a product of Vallgaard. Installing or using the Software means you accept this EULA and the Terms of Service.

1. License grant

A personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software on devices you control, solely to access Prello. All rights reserved.

2. Restrictions

No copying, distributing, modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, benchmarking, or derivative works; no removing notices; no use to build or assist a competing product. The Software is licensed, not sold.

3. Local-folder & filesystem access

The Software operates only on the local folder scope you grant. You are responsible for those files and for backups. Generated code belongs to you.

4. Updates

The Software may check for and install updates, governed by this EULA.

5. No warranty; liability

PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. Vallgaard is not liable for damages from use; the Terms of Service liability cap applies.

6. Termination

Terminates automatically on breach or when your account or the Service ends. Stop using and remove the Software.

7. Governing law

Per the Prello Terms of Service.
